We are delighted to invite you to the 2012 Australasian Society for Stem Cell Research Meeting, the premier stem cell research meeting within the Australia and New Zealand region.
The two day ASSCR meeting will be incorporated into the Australian Health and Medical Research Congress, which in the past attracts 1,000 delegates. The science discussed at the Congress includes emerging technologies, basic science and translational research and clinical practice. A wide selection of interactive oral and poster presentations will provide analysis of latest research. Technical lectures from industry representatives will update you with recent advances in relevant stem cell technologies. This year’s meeting will feature numerous Australian, New Zealand and international keynote speakers, as well as multiple networking and professional career development events. Registration is open to the public and is open. More details are available.
The Congress begins with a Sunday evening welcome function, followed by three-days of scientific talks. In addition, oral and poster communications will be selected from invited abstracts. The ASSCR Program will include two days of workshops, meetings and scientific presentations with ample time for networking with your colleagues. Being part of the larger AHMRCongress offers delegates an opportunity to interact with wider medical research community and speakers. The meeting features plenary talks, a series of sessions with invited international and national researchers and speakers selected from submitted abstracts. There will be over 150 invited speakers (including 40 international speakers) attending.
The Adelaide Convention Centre overlooks the River Torrens. Located in the heart of the City, it is near hotels, restaurants, parks and art galleries.
