Mission Statement
The Australasian Society for Stem Cell Research is a Society for stem cell researchers and related professionals in Australia and New Zealand
The ASSCR aims to promote the discipline of stem cell biology and therapies in Australasia, to promote education and research and to disseminate scientific information. The ASSCR will facilitate networking and professional development for stem cell researchers, provide a forum for stem cell researchers and interaction with the general community and government. The ASSCR will also maintain a directory of stem cell professionals and update and distribute information about stem cell research, funding initiatives, events and meetings.
